In today’s episode Denise Hamer, Head of Kinstellar Asset Solutions, speaks with Gifford S. West, Managing Director International Operations & Business Development, DebtX, about technology in asset sales.

Gifford is responsible for DebtX’s international business activities. DebtX pioneered the first online loan sale platform and has been engaged by banks and governments across Europe to structure and execute successful loan sales. Gifford’s prior experience includes roles in the strategy, risk and capital market consulting groups of Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Oliver, Wyman & Co., in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and New York.

Mr. West began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the mortgage-backed securities group in London and Tokyo. Mr. West received his Master of Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Eastern history from Harvard University.
